I hired Delia several years ago to help me obtain my green card and she took care of everything for me. She made the process simple for me and kept me up to date on important information. Also, this past year she helped me with my divorce and custody case. I am completely satisfied with the outcome. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and loved ones.

A few years back my spouse got into some trouble was at risk for getting possibly deported and I hired Delia to fight for my spouse to not get deported, well I paid her and she did absolutely nothing to stop or prevent my spouse from getting deported, so now, because of Delias lack of professionalism and not doing her job like I paid her to do, my spouse may not ve able to become a permanent resident. It is all because of her.

Delia De la Garza has been our attorney for many years. She helped me renew my green card then guided me through becoming a citizen. Now she is helping me with my husband green card petition. What I love about her is the way she explains things very easy to understand specially if you don't know much about immigration law. She always takes the time to answer all my question which a lot of times are the same ones. She makes me feel like she cares for us and that we are not only clients but also friends. She has made such an impact in our lives guiding us in such difficult times..

Delia was very professional, intelligent, and always on top of our case. She made us feel at ease during stressful situations and as soon as we gather our information for her she took over and got things done. My advise to clients: when she ask for information or paperwork get it to her ASAP, so she can do what she does best an awesome job. My husband and I highly recommend Delia.

Delia was friendly, professional, and efficient with my husbands immigration case. She led us through all the red tape in order for his legal resident status to materialize. On our own we were quite lost, thank you Delia.
