Hunter Simmons is a great and honest attorney he will go above and beyond for you and will always keep it 100 percent. He just helped my husband gets his cases dismissed and another charge dropped to a misdemeanor. Hired Mr. Eric Clay after being arrested on a bogus Street Racing charge when I simply did a pull. Immediately when I reached out to him even at night he responded quickly and addressed all my concerns. He also did not charge me nearly as much as some other attorneys were going to especially with another charge. I signed on and hired him and they worked with me on payment and making sure I was represented properly. He was quick to give me advice on retrieving my car from storage and any other questions I had. Considering this was my first time being arrested, I had a lot of questions and concerns and he was able to address any that I had. After my first court date where I met Mr. Clay was extremely confident that he was going to take care of me and handle things properly. Being sharply dressed in court is important as it shows you are being serious and care about the charges you’re facing. When I saw Mr. Clay as sharply dressed as I was I knew he meant business. After a lot of stalling from the court system in Harris County they finally dismissed my case. Cannot thank Mr. Eric Clay and his team enough for their assistance. Spoke to someone regarding my case and He was very rude. He barely even let me tell him anything regarding my case before he interrupted and in his remark of believing I was "price shopping", when I wanted to simply see if I could afford a lawyer from this firm, I was very thrown off by the comment, and before I knew it he was saying good luck and hung up.
