Michael H Pham is an incredible lawyer. He does his research, he makes proper preparation and he delivers on every occasion. When it comes to legal issues he’s so efficient it seems like there is no issue at all by the end of his argument. This is a lawyer that I plan on keeping for me and my whole family for life!

The firm demonstrated a deep understanding of personal injury law. They meticulously gathered evidence and worked tirelessly to build a strong case on my behalf. Their attention to detail was impressive and gave me confidence that I was in good hands.

Extremely dishonest, very little integrity, will try and dog walk you into a conviction you do not deserve. Let me explain: I was charged with felony UCW in October 2023. I hired Michael Pham. Paid in full. I am a concealed handgun permit holder and the establishment I was arrested outside of had no 51%, .05, .06 or .07 sign posted. I gathered pictures and showed this to Mr. Pham a month after my arrest. The establishment provided no cctv footage of what had happened to me inside, because I was assaulted by some of their staff. Mr. Pham said he had subpoenaed for that video. 11 months later I had discovered that statement was not true when I hired a new lawyer. Mr. Pham never subpoenaed for the video. He then told me that the only evidence that would be presented in the grand jury hearing would be my statement of events and the police report. That also is not true. Your attorney can put together an entire packet of evidence in your defense to present to the grand jury. So I was indicted. Mr. Pham then told me because there was no “no guns” sign posted, my case was certainly going to be dismissed. It was not. Over the course of 5 months, Mr. Pham told me the state had not given him a list of subpoenaed witnesses and that’s why the trial was continuing to be postponed. That was also not true. When I hired a new lawyer, I discovered the state had given Mr. Pham the subpoena list nearly 3 weeks before the 1st trial date. Mr. Pham reset the trial 3 times. Mr. Pham then tried to tell me to “take a deferred misdemeanor UCW, get a new job and get out of Dodge (Texas)” because I moved here from Colorado not long before I was arrested. I hired a new lawyer, who revealed all of these falsehoods Mr. Pham had told me over the course of a year. The new attorney had my case dismissed on my first appearance with them, no trial. If you are reading this, tread lightly. Tread elsewhere.

We hired Aaron for 4 initial lawsuits agains unfair customer that didn’t want to pay our flooring and remodeling complany for work rendered. So far we have won 3/4. Very professional and knowledgeable. We recommend him to any one in need of his services. I also recommend him to any flooring or remodeling company. He is very good and makes some excellent allegations. We will definitely keep using him in the future for all our legal needs.

Really transparent upfront fights hard for his clients don’t miss a beat gonna have you in and out of court before it starts and is the best lawyer I can recommend

I was involved in a collision where a drunk driver lost control of it vehicle and collided on the passenger side. My head slam to driver’s door window resulting in getting a few stitches. I was recommended to Daspit law firm were they help me with my case. They took care of everything.

I understand with all the work they have going on it gets hectic so I am understanding of that. Daspit seems to want to make/keep things right with their clients and that’s genuine good service on their part! Much respect and appreciation for wanting keeping their company in good name!*** Would have been 5 stars because they were ‘attentive’ to begin with. Would have been 4 stars because I slowly started to notice the inconsistency in how the case was being handled and constant change of ‘my team’ but at least it was still somewhat communicative with me. Would have been 3 stars because I finally got a call months later about what “would” happen (the accident itself happened in December 2023 and I got a call in March/April 2024.) Would have been 2 stars if someone had finally reached out now (end of July2024) for an update. I’ve called pretty much once every day and I get the receptionist people saying they can’t get ahold of my team but they’ll send a message. The last receptionist I spoke to said the case was in deposition (07/24/2024) and they’d send an urgent message so I could get a call back. Sadly it’s 1 star because I have yet to get anyone to talk to me. I’ve called a few more times since July to get an update or something but I only get “I can leave a message for your lawyers to call you back” and they never do. It’s now October 2024. I don’t get how my husband met with Mr. Daspit himself but I can’t seem to get a single lawyer to let me know if the case is open or closed or what happened to any money they said they were gonna fight for me. I saw a lot of bad reviews on here all talking about the issues that I’ve experienced myself first hand. (those bad reviews have somehow disappeared now.) I thought they would actually be worth going forward with but reviews are there for a reason. CAN SOMEONE GET BACK TO ME PLEASE????
