She is a very excellent lawyer as m case was in November and it was accomplished by December she would always pick up the phone even on weekends which was a excellent thing and her communication skills were on point

Very unprofessional. Paid to go to trail. Never heard from her up until the trial date where I asked if she would like to get with my witnesses and come up with a game plan for trial. She told me she was sick with pneumonia and influenza A and that it would get reset. Had scheduled work off but decided to go in because it was going to be “reset”. After texting multiple days and no response I had to call up court and they informed me that I did have court (the next day). We went to court unprepared and she showed up late (every other time she did also) and screamed at the judge that she had pneumonia and couldn’t talk. Mind you she is screaming. The judge told her it wouldn’t get reset without a Dr. note. Unbelievably, somehow she couldn’t come up with one, so they proceeded with trail. I ended up taking plea deal because I didn’t feel confident, having never had a meeting about trail. She told me she was ready to go, which completely contradicted what she had told the judge “I can’t do a trail today”. After this I decided I couldn’t trust her with my freedom and settled. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and further research an attorney who will fight for their clients and also communicate with them. WASTE OF MONEY. Find someone reputable.

I understand we all strive for 100% five star reviews, but that’s not reality. Two years ago, I found myself in a serious legal situation. I interviewed several attorneys and chose Diana. I felt Diana had a combination of legal experience, trial experience, toughness, and compassion with empathy about my situation. I’m more than happy to write that I made the right choice. Diana got my situation dismissed. I’ll never be able to thank her enough times for what she did for me. I had so many ups and downs through this process, and she was always there with the right legal expertise, but also emotional support to keep my head up because there were times I was ready to give up. These situations are daunting to your life and the people around you. She was amazing from an operational and emotional support standpoint. If you’re reading this right now and have serious legal issues, I strongly suggest you get hold of Diana to review your situation. She truly got my life back on track and I hope the same for you. I recently had an appointment scheduled with Attorney Amy Carlin, which turned out to be an alarming experience that highlighted her lack of professionalism and questionable ethical practices. On the day of the appointment, I called her office to confirm the meeting time, only to be abruptly intercepted by her secretary. After a brief hold during which Ms. Carlin was allegedly consulted, I was informed, in a rather abrasive manner, that Ms. Carlin had decided she no longer wished to meet with me. What followed was even more disconcerting. Ms. Carlin made it clear that if I wished to proceed amicably with my legal matter, I would be required to comply with a demand that was not only inappropriate but a direct violation of my civil rights. When I confronted Ms. Carlin about this disturbing requirement, she categorically denied ever making such a suggestion, despite the fact that I had noted our previous conversation verbatim. This outright denial demonstrated to me that Ms. Carlin is fully aware of the unethical nature of her conduct and is prepared to obfuscate and mislead in order to protect her own interests. What became glaringly obvious is that Ms. Carlin’s primary objective is not to seek fair resolutions or to uphold justice, but rather to extract as much money as possible from her clients by creating and prolonging unnecessary legal disputes. Instead of facilitating constructive dialogue, she seems intent on fueling contentious litigation, which benefits only her firm’s bottom line. In summary, if you are seeking an attorney who will ethically and competently represent your best interests, I strongly advise against engaging Amy Carlin. My experience indicates that she and her firm are more invested in exploiting vulnerable clients with their adversaries and exacerbating conflicts than in providing sound legal counsel or seeking genuine resolutions. Proceed with caution if you find yourself considering her services. I have to assume that it is inevitable that she will be disbarred because of her blatant, unethical behaviors. The degree to which she is unethical is a matter of public concern, and it must be addressed.

Dishonest, told me my custody case was easy and shouldn’t be a problem. Also that it shouldn’t be much more then the retainer I paid up front ($3000) well, however many months later and $33,000 later…. I was told I either have to settle with the deal they were giving me in mediations which I went to twice and I’ve never heard…. Or to go to trial and it would be at least Another $33,000 if not more. I also only ended up settling for the same 60/40 custody most any lawyer could have gotten I’m sure. I felt taken advantage of From the day after I gave them my retainer. Oh yeah, don’t forget the fact that mediations two times (and again I’ve never heard of) is Not free. you know you’re paying An incredibly high rate an hour For anything and everything they do for you, including phone calls emails down to the minute….

She took $1250 from me and never represented me. Her response was a nut job that she will not give back the money. She literally spoke to me ten minutes got the money and never did a thing for me. Now, she will not return it. She a thief and crook. I’m reporting her to the board of lawyers that hopefully will take away her license so she cannot do this to other single moms of two that is disabled.. or any other people and/or families.
