Deborah is the MOST amazing attorney. She truly cares about her clients and will fight for you every stretch of the way. I used Daniel Horowitz when I was hurt on a job. I was alot of times in alot of pain and he always was compassionate and caring person. He did not make me feel like any of my questions were too dumb. He always answered them and explain everything to me. It was a very pleasant experience under the circumstances because he and staff made it this way. He is aggressive and gets his point across. My husband and I were involved in a terrible car accident and I wasn't sure where to begin to handle all my medical bills and the injuries I incurred. David Horowitz III moved very quickly on a personal injury case. After one meeting he had hammered out a course of action that seemed plausible and likely to get results. Within a week he had put the plan into action. and amazingly within six weeks had an offer to settle that was acceptable I only met with Mr. Horowitz twice, once to form a plan, and the second time to sign settlement papers. All minor details were handled over the phone by his staff that always seemed to know exactly how to handle minor issues.
