We closed (sellers side) with them in November 2023. I’m writing this in April of 2024 as we received delinquency notices that the school taxes were not paid and we were incurring late fees. I reached out to Daisy and assumed it was probably just an error as taxes are paid out of our escrow when we sell as is standard. To our horror she told us that they didn’t deduct it from our selling profits as the bill hadn’t generated. No one, at any point during this entire almost two month process (contract to close) disclosed this to us this from the title company and we are extremely frustrated due to this lack of professionalism. And to add to that, she said she would reach out to the buyers for their prorated portion and never followed up with us so even more late fees tacked on! We ended up paying the full amount to just be done with it as she only reached back out after the buyers got the bill. I doubt we will ever see the funds from the buyers for their responsible portion and will never use Fidelity again.

This Guy is the TRUTH and a GOD send.... let me tell you, i'm supposed to be in prison right now, there is no way possible if I would of had any other lawyer or any other judge i would be doing hard time right now. I was charged with my 4th DWI also i hit two parked cars and ran into a subway building and some how this man was able to get me 5 years probation with no jail time. ALSO he beat my ALR hearing so my license never got suspended and I was able to drive the whole time legally. I could not of been happier with the results this man got me. I still can't believe that everything worked out so good. He's not a big talker or dream seller, but he gets results done. I recommend him to anyone who may have made a mistake and caught a DWI or DUI and you need a second or forth chance ...Michael H. Pham is your man. TRUST ME I KNOW

I called the office almost a month ago to see if I can hire this firm to represent my case and talked to attorney Lynn Messer who picked up the phone. In the middle of me giving her the details that she asked for, she suddenly said that she had to jump on another call and asked me to text her my information so she can contact me back, which she never did till the present day, choosing instead to ignore my follow-up texts and voicemails. I'm confused with these types of people... a simple reply like "I can't take your case" would be norm the way I know it. I'm indignant at folks they charge those hefty fees but lack professionalism and treat people like objects.

Ms.Raya was magnificent to work with she reassured me I would be okay and I was. She went over and beyond for and I’m truly appreciative for that. She’s the best In the city if I ever need anything else I will make sure to return to her.

Jacob was very skilled at getting this divorce done in a timely manner. I feel this would have been drug out for a long time without Jacob’s help He was also sensitive to my budget I highly recommend him

I hired Michael Phamm and was extremely satisfied. Not only did he beat the DWI. He also represented me for the motion to revoke my license and had that dismissed as well. I would definitely use him again.

Trying to take more than 50% of veterans' 3M settlement payments and acting like they've done all this work for each individual person with automated forms and emails. They are essentially scamming a lot of people out of money they truly aren't entitled to. I can only hope your business suffers as a result. Greedy.

The guy that answers the phone is both rude and incompetent. He just wasted 20 minutes of my time with ums and holds just to say they can’t do a document review if you’re not their client, even though they are signed up with Metlife as a document reviewer. They stated they can’t review a They stated they can’t review an insurance release form because of HIPAA… HIPAA is for medical providers, not attorneys reviewing documents. What a waste of my time.
