Great law firm I was in a car accident 6-21-19 called Daspit law firm they took down my information following week went to the orthopedic doctor then rehab.. My attorney was Charles Devine he was excellent I know I was a pest at times but he still was there with me till the end and by the end of day I’ll be going pick up my settlement check.. it only took me 6 months for everything great job Charles Devine!!!

Do not get him confused with the other Michael Pham. My first time in front of a judge and pled Guilty to something i wasn't doing. He was so incompetent, even the judge accosted him, but the judge was extremely forgiving and let me go with probation and community service.

My experience with Mr. Pham has been absolutely great. I went to him when I found myself with a very serious charge that was going to affect my record for the rest of my life unfortunately because of 1 wrong decisions. He fought by my side during my whole case and got it expunged. He was always flexible with appointment times since I got out of work late and was always very helpful with all of my questions. Once again thank you for everything Mr. Pham. If you are looking for a lawyer that cares about your case definitely call him.

wish i could put no stars hes so unprofessional if you go against something you dont like about what hes doing he would yell at you like if he bigger than the other person cause of his uniform dont get this guy he dont do his job like he says he does your better off fighting your case alone than bringing this ugly manner person
