My name is Andre Meta . I was accused of assault family member on may 7, 2017. I hired Mr Michael Pham as my lawyer to get my case dismissed . They wanted to give me prohibition , but Mr Michael denied . He said “ Andre I am going to get your case dismissed “. And guess what ? He did it. On June 19, 2018, I was found not guilty on my assault family member case . All was possible because Mr Michael made a good job defending me with all his strength, and heart . I am so happy now because I am gonna have my case arrased from my records . I strongly recommend Mr Michael Pham . You will not be disappointed. He will work with you till he get your case dismissed. I respect a lot Mr Michael for everything he did , it would not be possible without him. Take Mr Michael as you lawyer and you will not regret the choice . Thanks God I had him as my lawyer .

Pros: -office open on Sundays Cons: -Only meets the day before court so everything is rushed. -Says he can get your case dismissed, 2 thousand dollars later tells you to plead guilty. -Always the last lawyer to court so you'll be the last one leaving. -Seems unprepared when you go to his office, so he has to keep resetting your case because he keeps forgetting what you talked about the last time. -Tells you to turn off your cell phone during meetings which is odd. (Not on silent or vibrate, but completely off) -Says he's skilled in your case, but after doing research you'll see he only specializes in DWI's -Bad reputation. When I was asked if I had a lawyer, I replied Michael Pham, and the guards started laughing and shaking their heads, and said "I wish you the best" - Doesn't give receipts when you pay cash (no matter how many times you ask) and seems frustrated when you start paying with a card

Michael Pham . handled my case, i was ready to settle but Michael insisted that i wait it out and that he would get it dismissed . Finally after months he finally came back with the dismissal proposal . my first time dealing with a lawyer Michael came through . Highly recommended if you ask me .
