Update, the McMillan law firm settled another case for me from another negligent driver. Chance has done an awesome job for me twice, always making sure that he fights for me against the insurance companies. His law firm has a great staff and is always prompt and courteous in any meetings or phone calls we have had. This is a lawyer and law firm you want on your side if you ever find yourself needing representation. Chance McMillan has represented me in the past for an accident I was in in 2014. Other lawyers were not willing to take on the case because of a subsequent accident, but Chance was willing to take the case and made sure I was taken care of. His staff is great and always helpful. Chance is now representing me in another accident and I have the utmost confidence in his ability to litigate and represent me as a client. I highly recommend Garcia and McMillan as a law firm.

I wouldn't recommend this law office to my worst enemy, we hired them in December after my husband was in an accident, that's about 8 months ago, my husband calls to try to get information, no one ever calls back, he's never even spoken to the lawyer. He was approved for a cash advance and we could never pick it up because the lawyer is never in. 3 weeks after being approved for the cash advance, my husband called and they said they decided he couldn't get it after all. This is literally the most unprofessional law office I've ever encountered, from the missing lawyer to the lack of communication , I'd give 0 stars if I could.
