Fidelity National Title: A Stress-Free Real Estate Transaction Before: Buying real estate can be a stressful and hectic experience. There are a lot of moving parts, and it can be easy to feel like you're not in control. I was especially worried about being taken advantage of, as I've heard horror stories about people being screwed over by title companies. After: I was fortunate enough to work with Fidelity National Title, and my experience was the opposite of stressful. The staff was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand, and they made sure that I was comfortable with every step of the process. Specifically: Professional staff: Joelle Karam was my title officer, and she was amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable about real estate law, and she was always available to answer my questions. She made me feel like I could trust her, and I knew that I was in good hands. Responsiveness: Fidelity was always responsive to my emails and phone calls. They were always willing to help me out, even when I was asking questions that were outside of the scope of their normal duties. Good quality: The service that I received from Fidelity was top-notch. They went above and beyond to make sure that my transaction went smoothly. They even helped me to negotiate a better interest rate on my mortgage. Overall: I highly recommend Fidelity National Title to anyone who is buying or selling real estate. I worked with Joelle Karam overseeing the execution of my documents and Daisy getting everything coordinated for closing. This team is absolutely great to work with, they are very professional, easy to get in touch with, and extremely responsive. I had some questions throughout the process, and even afterwards and every time I attempted to call Joelle, she picked up and provided clarification. Definitely would work with them again.

A buddy of mine used a lawyer at this firm and recommended him to me. I called to schedule a meeting and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and acted as if I was bothering her. She told me the attorney wasn't there and to call back the next week. I called back and the same woman hung up on me when I tried to explain to her what was going on. Don't let the reviews trick you because the woman that answered the phone also left a review as if she was a real client. I'm glad I went with a different lawyer because this firm is not professional and they do not care about you only your money
