I had a very difficult custody situation. I obtained a attorney here in Houston to represent me for a interstate custody battle. My prior attorney did not do his job correctly in this thing turned into a complete nightmare. I was referred to Mac and his team and explain the situation and the difficulties of this case. Mac and his team took on my case with no problem. He gave me great advice steered me in the correct direction and really bent backwards to help me with this case of me obtaining my child. This case was not a normal case I've been fighting this case for 4 years. He helped me find attorneys to represent me in the other state with also representing me here locally in Houston Texas. Long story short after many years Mac and his team got me custody of my son. I cannot speak highly enough of this man and his team of what they did for me and my family. Mac asked about the past and what I wanted to gain. When I went to him I was never for sure what all I could attempt to add for the order but he provided examples and answered my emails. He explained the process and the timeframes. When things were waiting with the OAG he explained why and worked to get it approved and sent.

Mac was an excellent attorney who made sure I understood everything, he broke everything down to a T so I would know what was going on. Very patient and really good listener. Mac did a marvelous job handling our very difficult probate issue. My deceased wife had a number of alias' that we had to identify and prove to the court to be accepted. Obtaining a lawyer is never an easy or fun process but Mr. Mac-Arthur made my whole experience easy and smooth. My case took several unexpected turns and was dragged out a lot longer than it should've have been due to a previous case that was never closed appropriately.
