She gets frustrated with a lot of questions, especially if you ask the same one again. She showed up late. Doesn't respond to emails quickly. She just seems to get there and be done. Very short. I could of came out with a better result with my divorce.

They do a great job. Very nice & honest.

SUPER FUN UPDATE: I fired this firm in September 2019, then filed my BVA appeal. I had an HLR about 18 months later WHICH I DID COMPLETELY ON MY OWN and was granted an increase. This law firm took a percentage from the VA anyway. About 2 years later I had my BVA hearing, AGAIN ALL ON MY OWN. In June I was granted another increase. These snakes accepted $18,000 of my backpay despite having done literally nothing to help me get it. Absolutely criminal. I'll be reporting them to every government agency that will listen. It's disgusting to fraud veterans like this. Only giving one star because I can't give zero. They repeatedly ignored emails and phone calls, I don't mean for days I mean for MONTHS. Always an excuse. Never filed ANY of the new evidence I brought them. Took the ENTIRE year to file my second NOD even though I had told them I needed a financial hardship hearing. They don't care about the veterans they care how much money they can make. Drawing everything out as long as possible to increase their fee. I had a hearing September 6 that THEY PIRPOSELY MISSED EVEN THOU I HAD TOLD THEM I WANTED THE NEXT AVAILABLE HEARING. Now, instead of being timely, they out of the blue want me to pay 1500 to their doctor for an outside medical opinion and say that's the only way I'll win my case. They are liars and cheats. The evilest, most heartless people I've ever encountered. OH and they lost several of my important notarized documents! Personal statements from me and my mother that were evidence for my case and notarized just POOF gone. When Judy asked me to start resending her all my evidence because THEY COULDN'T LOCATE IT she acted like this was perfectly normal. Garbage. Fire. Stay. Away.

Picked up saying "law office", when I wanted to ask for some help with a case, the guy who picked up seemed bothered to help me. Yeah, customer service is not their specialty.

Had a great experience with Monica when she helped me get through my divorce and child custody exactly how I wanted it. I really appreciate all that she did to help me get through one of the toughest obstacles ive ever had to deal with in my life.
