I used the San Antonio office and my attorney was Daniel Perez. Daniel was patient and knew the procedures very well to get the most settlement possible. The driver who hit us was traveling at high speed and hit us from behind while we were stopped in traffic. Even though much of the police report was in error, blame was not contested. However, ALLSTATE put up every obstacle to gathering a settlement possible. Daniel pressed through their obstructionism and obtained a maximum settlement. The Daspit firm took care of all medical tests and imaging and physician consultations. They helped us get relief through steroid shots. They also filed for the uninsured motorist part of our policies, since the defendant was only insured for the minimum. In the end, the firm took the typical standard amount of the settlement for costs. We got money adequate to protect us should future medical payments be required and to obtain another vehicle to replace our totaled one. Daniel persevered through an entire YEAR of litigation to obtain the settlement. I think he worked in a professional manner and always made us feel he was paying attention to our concerns and was always willing to answer our questions.
