I was in an accident that was not my fault and I was referred to Daspit Law from a friend in Dallas. From the beginning till the end they treated me like family! Brian Merka was my attorney and he literally went out of his way to get the treatment I needed and felt comfortable with! If you want the best then Brian Merka with Daspit Law is the best!! Wouldn't go here again, the end result was acceptable but the trip to get there was a living nightmare! This firm shifted my case to another "partner" firm. Poor follow up, lots of foot dragging. I'm convinced the ONLY reason there was resolution was my threats to move the case elsewhere . (FYI they were real) Look elsewhere
