I went to jail with a aggravated assault with a deadly weapon case, back in 2021. it was a mistaken identity, silly situation I was in, and I’ve had a few cases in my life that I had to deal with, but this one was by far the worse case against me. I wanted to make sure I hire a good lawyer this time, becuase all the previous time my lawyers didn’t do much, nor help me, so for this case I hired 2 lawyers, to make sure I would have the best possible outcome for my case. Maverick Ray was the 1st lawyer, and the 2nd lawyer was (Mack Schaffer) I’ll keep this simple the 1st lawyer: Maverick Ray, didn’t do anything, nor help me, he basically took my money and only saw me only twice, However I was very fortunate to have found Mack Schaffer. He’s the best lawyer I’ve had throughout my life; he is hardworking, honest, this man will not lie to you, nor sell you a dream but will work his hardest to fight for you. As a client I think I speak for a lot of others too, all we want is a lawyer that will be honest and keep everything transparent and will work, try and fight their best for us. Mack did everything in his power to help me, and he did! I was fortunate to get the aggravated assault with a deadly weapon dropped to deadly conduct which is class A misdemeanor with no jail time. Imagine being a convicted felon while on parole and picking up aggravated assault with a deadly weapon that the prosecutor offered me 8 years in prison, and coming out of that with class A misdemeanor with no jail time, what a big win for me! Attorney Mack Schaffer is a good dedicated attorney who worked and dismissed my felony case this morning. When Mack picked up my case, he encouraged me that he will get it dismissed. He first dismissed the misdemeanor harassment charges. I was at the court only once for my misdemeanor case to be dismissed. But was in the court 3 times for the felony continuous violent case before being dismissed. So basically he got this whole cases dismissed within 3 months of handling both cases! He’s the best attorney in Houston TX and will use him again if i ever got in trouble. I also recommend him if you’re looking for a good attorney who will work tireless and get you off any criminal cases.

I must admit, I was a little leery until I read the google reviews. Mack is the real deal! Not just because he’s reasonably priced, but because he got my brother on a 2-20 probation revocation to getting off that probation entirely. That case is settled! A 6yr ordeal is finally over!!!
