Not responsive to communication and it’s very disappointing. I followed Stagg’s agreement orders and informed her team that it isn’t being accepted by the attorney general office. Stagg was great at communicating in the beginning but now silence. I suggest working with a team who will be responsive and at least give you a reason as to why they’re not responding. Edit: Contacted the attorney general office today and was told the documents that Nicole had me sign does not hold up at the attorney general office. Nicole is petty as you can see from her response when she knows that our custody arrangement was a mutual agreement. If you don’t believe me contact the OAG yourself to ask if court documents provided by attorneys in custody case trump the OAG paperwork. This is a violation Texas Ethics Opinion 662 disclosing your client’s information.
