I’m pleased to say that William “Will” Archer did an excellent job for my family in reviewing my parent’s wills and amending an existing trust at a reasonable cost. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of estate planning / trusts and has particular expertise in the use of Transfer on Death Deeds (TODD) which enable assets to pass to heirs without the hassle and cost of going through probate which is easily avoidable….. all it takes is a little pre-planning which saves a LOT of time and cost down the road. I HIGHLY recommend him and his staff.
