Poor communication and difficulty reaching attorneys
“It's so hard to get a call back , I requested my records a month ago and have not receive them. I don't have faith in them”

Lack of responsiveness and failure to follow up on cases
“Dealing with this law firm for almost 4 years and yet nothing has been done. Yet to collect the money owned they were quick to call and remind you. Please stay away from this law firm. Will never recommend you guys to no one. Mr. Carlos Rodriguez get to work and finish what was started 4 years ago!!!!!!”

Unprofessional and rude staff
“I'm not sure who the lady was but I'm pretty sure she works there ! She is extremely rude . I brought my dad to his appointment, I parked where I saw there was a space . Be mindful there was already two trucks parked one of each side of where I was going to be parking . Well with out her knowing that she comes and argues with me not knowing that I just had gotten there. Talks about I should be mindful and next time park correctly.”

“No les recomiendo esos abogados ami solo me robaron el dinero nunca apelaron al caso de mi hijo y diciendo que si yo lo descubrí cuando busque otro abogado el me dijo que nunca abrieron el caso de mi hijo son unos sinvergüenza”

Failure to provide adequate legal services and representation
“Waste of time, lawyers assistant was taking his sweet time , was just walking around the office , heard other people on the other rooms laughing and talking while my family & i was waiting to get our case looked at, and i seen other people review & they are not wrong !!!!”
