Always available to answer questions. Our grandson backed into and off-duty police officer and we so wanted our grandson to not have a felony conviction. He was diligent in gathering evidence to make this happen. He was able to work to well with prosecutors for a good outcome. The judge said he had not seen a deal like this before.

I was charged with prostitution.  I have been in this country a long time, but even a deferred adjudication on this case would have made me deportable.  I was terrified that I would be separated from my family.  Nathaniel understood how serious this case was to me and worked very hard on it.  He was always available to meet and answer my questions.  He worked hard on my case and ended up getting me a pre-trial intervention, which has no immigration consequences and means my case will be dismissed.  I did not have to plead guilty. Needed an defense attorney due to a sting operation in Houston. I had never been arrested before and was frightened about the prospect of going to jail. I was very worried during this process, but Nathaniel always made himself available to speak with me and put me at ease. Nathaniel was able to get me a three-month pre-trial intervention, which is basically a three month reset after which my case is dismissed and I can get it expunged. Although I did not have to plead guilty, when we went before the judge he told me that this is a very rare and good deal and said my lawyer had done a good job.
