I was referered to Ms.Rowland by a another attorney who felt that she was a better fit for my case. My case started out as a CPS case with a protection order later added. Ms.Rowland on our 1st court date won and my custody order remained unchanged. Then instead of having to attend court the next day over a protective order she was able to get that withdrew and held mediation instead which resulted only in minimal changes. Ms.Rowland was always very upfront with me and always gave me the choices of very best outcome or the worst outcome. She was always a phone call away no matter the day or time. As a mother also she would sit and let me cry and just listen she truly understands and is truly all in with her clients. Her fees are reasonable and she explains that fully in your consultation. I spent several weeks researching family law attorneys. I spoke with several of them by phone and even had a consultation with one. I was about to give up on my search and go it alone until I spoke with Rebecca Rowland. Our initial conversation by phone was very professional and she actually spent more time with me by phone then another attorney had done in a face to face consultation. She asked all the right questions and her compassion was genuine. When you discuss your case with her you know without a shadow of a doubt she knows family law! I have been going through a lot trying to get visitation of my kids. I started with no possession and access and now thanks to her I am getting unsupervised visits. I cannot say enough good things about Rebecca Rowland. Usually dad's are at the disadvantage in Texas. There were substantial violations on my former spouse regarding visitation, alienation and medical reimbursement to me. We made it through post divorce, divorce 5 years ago, mediation. Rebecca smoked them out with the documentation I provided. My visitation was increased and Rebecca made sure I got my money back. This was a complicated mess as my former spouse is very difficult to deal with. God bless this woman for what she will do for dads!!!

Ms. Rowland has been very helpful in our situation. She volunteered for the lawyers office on Texas ave.. Even though is a help yourself office. Her input and understanding of our situation is comendable.

When I called Rebecca I was in a difficult position in a divorce case due to my previous attorney's laziness. Rebecca did not nickel and dime me like some attorney's do. She provides quality work for people who cannot afford to pay $400+ an hour for an attorney.
