Mark is a great attorney with a great team behind him. They got my case dismissed in half the amount of time that it usually would have taken and were extremely helpful in making sure I understood what was going on throughout the process.

Mark Mitchell is amazing both on a professional and personal level. His assistant Daisy and the rest of the staff are very friendly and professional. They stay involved with you on the entire process with you, constant correspondence and prompt responses. Blessed to have him as the go to attorney for all legal matters.

Mr. Mark Mitchell an his assistant Daisy were absolutely amazing. They go the extra mile help you out. This isn’t a pleasant experience anytime you have to hire an attorney. Fortunately with this team they make you as comfortable as possible. They got my case dismissed an it didn’t take as long as we anticipated. They are awesome I would recommend them over anyone anytime. Thank u for your hard work an dedication. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Mr. Brian Benken is quite simply THE best lawyer that I have ever had the pleasure of working with and the single most important reason behind my case being outright dismissed. There simply are not enough words to describe just how incredible of a lawyer he is but I will try to do my very best in this review. Beyond just being the absolute consummate professional, Mr. Benken is first and foremost, an amazing human being. When I was first falsely charged with a felony offense, he took out his personal time, dropped everything that he was doing and drove down to personally meet with me at my home to hear every aspect of my case. He listened quietly and paid close attention to every minutia of detail allowing me the opportunity to truly speak my mind to him. What separates Mr. Benken from the average lawyer is his close attention to detail and his rare ability to separate the vital facts from the weeds. He knows exactly what to listen for and what facts are important, allowing for either a complete dismissal or the best possible outcome in any client’s case. No criminal defense lawyer understands the mindset of the Harris County district attorney’s office better than Mr. Benken. Having served as a previous assistant district attorney in Harris County, the prosecutors clearly respect him and understand that he is NOT someone they can just mess around with. However, what’s truly unique about Mr. Benken is that he is a private investigator by trade and so he specializes in really digging into the dirty details of a case, that a lot of other lawyers may miss or quite simply not want to delve into. I can tell you from personal experience in my case, that this aspect alone was the deciding factor in my case being outright dismissed. Mr. Benken dug and dug and dug some more. He was never satisfied. He obtained a plethora of vital facts that ultimately convinced the prosecutor to outright dismiss my case. In summary, Mr. Brian Benken is the consummate professional who will tailor fit your defense to your exact needs to ultimately ensure that you obtain your desired case result as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
