The Roberts Markland time, did a very beautiful and making job helping me with my case. Mind you this is the 1st time ever using a law firm to deal with an accident. Ms Laura pretty much kept in touch with me throughout the whole ordeal. And basically kept me updated in everything that was happening. I will definitely will be recommending them, and if I need to use a law firm again ok the future. I'll be going to them 1st. Thank yall once again.

We had a great experience working with Robersts Markland LLP specially our attorney Alejandra, was always making sure we were ok and up to date with our medical treatment, she was always touching base with my husband and I and we really appreciate that 💕 She also explained the entire legal process and Alejandra took the time to ensure we understood every step of the process.

10/30/2023 - Here is my update, I am still waiting on medical bill documents due to someone dropping the ball. They let Geico stall them for almost 8 months and I really am baffled at my children's case sitting idle that long. I have a new attorney, new paralegals and legal assistants. Of course there were talks of them doing better and blah blah blah but I have had to call and find out why my case wasn't moving forward. I had to speak to the Ad Litem appointed for my children, just to get them moving again. I wanted to have a better update but my last review still stands. They move extremely slow and do not communicate unless you call or email first. I think if I didn't send their office an email once every two weeks my case will sit for another two years. At this point as much as I have had to do the leg work, I should be filing a Judgment for my fee. I wouldn't recommend this law firm at all. They are slow to move forward and have zero communication with clients. You will find yourself having to complete your own case and paying them 33 1/3 for absolutely nothing but their name being on the file! My kids were in an accident in November, 2021. The staff called me to reach out to the locations to obtain the medical records and bills to move the case forward. I did it despite how I felt about paralegals who should be able to manage this task. Settlement offer came in and now nothing since June. If I could give this firm no stars, I would. I am now having to consistently call with no return calls to follow up on their progress. Crazy.

I had an incredible experience with Anjali and Laura. I was reffered to Roberts Markland after a car accident and they made my life so much easier. Everything was handled by the firm and Laura communicated with me every step of the way so I never had to worry about a thing. My injuries were assessed and treated quickly and easily and I recieved a great settlement. I cant reccomend Laura, Anjali, and the whole firm enough.

My case has been open for over a year and only heard from my attorney via email once or twice. I’m still waiting for updates since the person who was supposed to be working on my case no longer works there. Definitely not the place to choose if you are looking for attentive representation.

After 6 years of dealing with many twists & turns in the Houston civil court and within the lawsuit itself, my lawyers at Roberts Markland came thru! Rob Cantu and Johnny Papantonkis made all the right moves to make sure my case was going to be heard in court. That was no easy task! The defending council of the bar/restaurant and insurance company that injured me finally decided to mediate a week before we were due in court and my lawyers capitalized on it! We were able to settle out of court after 6 years for a more $$ than I expected! The persistence and thoroughness of this firm was extremely impressive! I highly recommend these guys if you ever find yourself needing a personal injury attorney!!
