“I called and told themy situation and they told me they would call me back but never did . What a waste of time!”

Lack of empathy and disregard for client's needs
“Has no regard for clients trauma and only interested in financial gain. "Mr. D" will rush you off the phone when you consult with him, and has horrible communication afterwards. Don't waste your time. Your life isn't important here.”
