Ms. Mitchell was an excellent and professional attorney. She listened to all of my concerns and needs. She also took care of everything in a very fast and timely manner. Especially if I had any questions or concerns on a weekend or after business hours, she would still return my calls or send me a text message to answer my questions or concerns that I had. Based on my experiences I had never had an attorney who would call you back themselves and take care of you concerns ; normally they have their legal assistant to do the work for them. So I give her five stars for an outstanding attorney because not once did I speak with a legal assistant in her office, except for Ms.Mitchell. This was the best experience I have ever had! Brittany kept me informed every step of the way. I didn't have to worry about my medical expenses, they took care of that for me.
