I was very extremely pleased with the work of Fibich and Associates during a recent legal battle. I was so fortunate to work with one of the partners, Russ Briggs, at the firm during my legal challenges. He was thoughtful, bright, articulate but tough, and so very helpful with suggested options for the lawsuit. He worked methodically and judiciously to respond to the lawsuit , spent time going over suggested options for our responses, and lead the case to an outcome of a victory for us . I have had the pleasure of working together with Fibich, Leebron, Copeland & Briggs on two occasions as a client in the last 10 years. Specifically, I have worked directly with Russ Briggs in both cases. One case represented my wife and me together, and once representing only me.
