Crystal Adams is the best! She has been a pillar through this time with my case. She makes sure to keep me updated and even though I have changed my info and location a few times, she has never let me get lost in the mess. She’s really on top of her services.

My case started about a year and a half ago. They asked for medical records about 7 months into the process. Let me know several times that they hadn’t received them. I contact the hospital where my records are and I was notified that the $12 invoice wasn’t paid and that’s why they haven’t received them. Of course I paid to get the ball rolling and they said they still never received the cd also my case was closed because Laura assumed I was feeling like she couldn’t get the job completed. It wasn’t that it’s just spotty corespondents and maybe because I’m in California the distance was the issue. If you thinking about being proactive and helping them don’t do it they will close your case . Don’t mind it being closed there are thousands of lawyers that can help . Sorry you couldn’t help and that my footwork was a bit much for you guys best wishes
