We consulted and hired Lillian to helps us draft and file a prenuptial agreement. My wife and I started off basically knowing nothing about prenups and she took her time to clearly explain the process, listened to our expectations, and made us comfortable. I was referred to Lillian as being one of the greater lawyers for family law in Houston. Epona first consultation she assured me that she's done this all the time and this would be no problem. She offered me a very reasonable price for a services and even offer a manageable payment plan to make this process as smooth as possible. my cases Interstate meaning that it has to go from Texas to Louisiana I don't think she understood the complications of it and the different laws vary state-to-state. I made a down payment and within a week she called back to him for me what I would need to do in order to get this handled and that she would not be able to do it. Now here's the kicker!! She could have kept my initial deposit and charge me for consultation fees like most other selfish lawyers would do. However that is not what Miss Lillian Henny did oh, she returned my money and wish me the best of luck and asked me to follow up with her if I needed anything else or had any more questions. My good friend Attorny Jonathan Goins referred me to attorney Henny. He stated that she would be the best attorney to represent me in Family and Attorny General Court, and he was so correct. After taking my case and starting on the paperwork she discovered that unbeknownst to me there was a warrant for my arrest issued from the attorney generals office. She immediately file the necessary paperwork for us to appear before the judge, and after taking her time and explaining to the judge in detail my situation the judge found it fit to resend the arrest warrant. My sons mother, her attorney and one of the attorney generals demand that the judge throw me in jail for six months. Attorny Henny then took it steps further, she explain to the judge the manipulative tactics that the attorney general office were doing without the Judges permission and without his consent. The Judge then took his time and went through every detail of my prior appearance before him, along with all the new information that we had for him. After careful consideration he then apologize to me for having to go through the unnecessary situation that I was in. When the attorney general office and my sons attorney were not successful they then tried to have my child support increased. But Attorney Henny wisely and intelligently with great calm, argued my case and the Judge denied the attorney general and my sons mother and her attorney request to increase child support. Doing this entire ordeal attorney Henny worked out with me a very reasonable and affordable pay schedule, so that I was able to pay her a fair wage that would not put me in a financial bind but was able to pay enough so that she can win my case and make sure that I was treated fairly now and going forward. I now have so much peace in my life that I do not have words to explain it. It’s all because of Attorney Lillian Henny’s hard work.
