Attorney Mitchell is very professional and caring. I had some issues with the law firm personnel and she reached out personally to resolve the issue which means a lot in this day and age of vile customer service. Most companies don't care how they treat their customers. Mitchell went the extra mile to make sure her client felt valued.

I absolutely love this law firm. I was hit on the 4th. I went home to do research and to have a consultation. Keep in mind it's a holiday weekend. They returned my call the very next morning. They went over every process of my claim throughly. Assured me I was in the right hands. Any questions I have I text them. THEY CALL ME BACK WITHIN THE HOUR!!!! I have no doubt in my mind, I ABSOLUTELY made the choice in choosing them!!!!

Brittany is extremely professional, efficient and patient. After having been hit and injured in a car accident, I called Brittany and she immediately began working on my case, although she was out of town attending a conference. She is very responsive and patient. I had never been in an accident of this magnitude before (car totaled) and did not what to expect. We were hit by a drunk driver in June of last year and I was in shock and didn’t even know where to start. I was on the phone with Sneed & Mitchell the next day and we felt so at ease that everything was going to be handled and we wouldn’t have to worry. The staff is amazing, we would get text updates regularly and emails sent so quick so we never had to reach out for answers.
