It was a Blessing that I found Mr. Shaffer and Mrs. Delacruz.They told me what I needed to hear and did not overstate my case.They really do care about their clients and did everything they could to help me get through this very scary and uncertain time in my life. They worked very hard and I'm really not sure I would have gotten the settlement I got without them and I am very pleased. There is a saying I have: Always get the very best sunglasses (you only get one set of eyes), always wear good boots or shoes (you can do more if your feet are not hurting ) and always, always, if you need a lawyer, get the BEST(it's the next course of your life that's in the balance). Mr Shaffer fought like a pit bull for me and I am thankful for it.

Gabriel was awesome! My wife and I were rear ended right after Harvey. Our car was the least of our worries, we had a number of medical issues. Gabriel was a patient, knowledgeable, and a concerned teacher for us while coaching us through the process. He made certain we had all the medical attention we needed. He comes across with a very diplomatic and amiable approach which really helps to make the opposing side relax enough to come to an agreement but make no mistake Gabriel is a shark! My wife and I both ended up with $50,000.00 (EACH) when we were finished! After the settlement was completed we had to wait for processing in order to get paid. Unfortunately my mother passed while we were waiting and I needed quick cash to fly out to be with my family in Pennsylvania. I asked Gabriel about quicker options for us to receive our money so I could go and he did not hesitate to give me a small loan! That was very impressive because he is a big shot lawyer who is very busy and he did the extra legwork to make that happen quickly for me. This showed many he cared a little more about me rather than dollar signs. If you are scratching your head through a big list of lawyers then take my advice when I say you will not be disappointed with Gabriel!

The firm quickly assigned an attorney on my case. I had been involved in a crash, which left me out of work and with some serious back injuries. The insurance did not cooperate and I knew that I would need some professional assistance. Immediately their priority was getting the doctors to treat me and getting me back to work. They took care of me and handled the case, always kept me posted and even checking on my well being. At times, I felt like walls were closing in but the attorney (Cynthia Huerta) would take time to reassure that they were on my side. The attorney visited me, prepared myself and my family as it appeared that the case would be going to trial. The attorney continously kept working on the case and didn't stop until we had settled the case and reached a substantial agreement. We are grateful for everything they did to help us. The whole staff deserves a big thank you.
