Having received less-than-stellar service from a large, well known immigration law firm on my individual L1 petition, my company decided to entrust my EB1C petition to Banerjee & Associates after receiving a recommendation from a business acquaintance and having a promising initial consultation. It has been a great pleasure to discuss my green card application related queries with Annie. In my experience, she is the most genuine immigration attorney who actually took time to evaluate my credentials for EB1 category and gave me the most honest feedback on my chances without discouraging me. She has been very kind to answer all my immigration related queries over a free telephonic consultation which I must say has been extremely helpful. She understands and assesses her client's cases thoroughly and suggests what is good for her client rather what would benefit her office financially, for example, before I heard about Annie, my husband filed EB1B through his highly esteemed software company and included me as a dependent whereas I was rather inclined to file EB1A premium processing by myself as an independent applicant to get our permanent residency approved sooner. So I reached Annie. Annie candidly suggested me not to file an EB1A petition immediately but to wait until I hear the decision of my husband's case because in her experience my husband's company is reputed enough to get our case approved. At the same time, Annie encouraged me for my EB1A if still needed in future and also she took time to talk to me regarding the standing of my husband's case (remember that my husband is not even her client).
