Javier Marcos is an incredible attorney. I have known him over 14 years and have used him on multiple occasions for both personal and business litigation. On EVERY occasion, he was not only successful, but exceeded my expectations, winning me more money than expected or utterly defeating my opponents and putting them in their place! On the personal side, he went up against State Farm who was refusing to pay out an uninsured motorist claim after I was involved in accident with someone who didn’t have the proper insurance. He defeated them and even got additional money from the responsible party’s home owners insurance, something I had not even considered. Amazing lawyering! On the business side, he defended me against a con man who was suing me for work that he never completed and WON that case as well. Not only did he defeat him in court but he got me PAID in damages by counter suing and getting the judge to levy additional fines against the con man AND his crooked lawyer! Most recently he helped me recover money owed to me by a Doctor that was refusing to pay for work my company performed. Javier and his team worked fast, and got me PAID everything I was owed! In addition to the above I have recommended him to multiple clients of mine over the years and he has knocked it out of the park, EVERY single time. Great attorney who is actually looking out for his clients and not just seeing them as a paycheck. Family member got a misdemeanor in galveston, but lives in Houston, and instead of just charging us $2000-$3000 and taking the case, he actually advised us it's in our best interest to go to Galveston and get an attorney there, that way we should only pay half the amount with a local attorney... This was our first encounter with the law so we were pretty clueless and im Very happy he actually was there to help us even if it meant he wasn't going to get the case.
