This letter is intended to support and praise Arthur L. Schechter. When the breast implant litigation went forward, I decided to join the lawsuit that Mr. Schechter was undertaking. From the first letter and every interaction since then, has always been direct, clear, to the point, and in every way, plain enough to be understood and determine a response to. Although it took several years for the case to run its course, I was always informed and kept up to date with proceedings and outcomes including an explanation of where I stood at that point. I am confident that the payment that he has generated for me is fair and distributed in a timely fashion. Mr. Schechter has proven to take each situation as it arose and given me the opportunity to respond as I saw fit and listened to any concerns I might have. Terrible place , not recommended at all .

If you care about your case at all DO NOT HIRE this law office to handle your case, they’re full of empty promises and don’t deliver. My mother hired them for a lawsuit that according to them was supposed to have a high compensation, at the end of the case my mother received much less than 1/10 of what was supposed to be the settlement while he took half of settlement instead of 40% agreed upon. We feel strongly that this office didn’t handle the case as it should have. Now my mother has to live the rest of her life in physical pain and without proper compensation thanks to this law office. Very Disappointed.

My experience with this law firm was and still is great Ms Monque and Mr Gonzalez where and still are very helpful threw the whole process of this accident that occurred they been very patient with us and I would recommend them to anyone that needs help. I worked with Jonathan Harris on a truck wreck. He and his team immediately arranged to download the truck’s black box, inspected the scene, inspected the vehicles and secured the evidence. His firm also got me care from a board certified spine surgeon and I have no health insurance. This firm is amazing. Very happy.

Great people fast response could not be happier

I was in a 18 wheeler accident and was rear ended. I went through a knee surgery and an SI surgery. The process sounded like it was going to be stressful.
