Everyone was great and easy to work with, they handled my case very professionally!

The worst law firm ever. Telling you that they can handle your case and then you discover that the only thing that they can handle it well is their money!!!!! Attorney Robert asked me to trust him in my two cases which he said he could handle them. And he didn't either spend a time on them before the court date . So he didn't understand the customer cases and the justifications !!!????? Basically he lied to me about his ability. The most disappointed thing is after he let me down,he didn't call me back to update me about my cases . Their secretary doesn't have an access to the attorneys to schedule an appointment for the customers so you have to call the secretary many many times to send the attorneys many many messages to call you back which never happened. They didn't call me back because they got my money and they did no thing for me .. Just they complicatedy cases... And now I should appeal them to the circuit court because they're not trustworthy at all ..

When you consult with intake and sincerely be your authentic self in your heart by sharing the multiple injustices you’ve experienced and seek legal counsel only to be ignored because your case is not trendy is trashy, disrespectful and quite frankly sends a valid message.

My case final settled and I’m so glad I went with Hinojosa law, where they really treat you like family. Im grateful for the Hinojosa team, for fighting for me. They made this case so easy and made the process so easy and stress free <3

I really wish I never would of let them take my case. This place is awful! I believe most reviews are from people they know personally. I can’t call and get information on my case. I always get the turn around and when someone does answer it’s a attitude situation. The lady Adela or Adel is very unprofessional getting loud with me and not letting me talk. You have a job like everyone else so do it right. They never keep me updated, I’m the one calling to check on them b/c it’s my “job”. Supposedly the lady Ana had my case but she quit NOT SURPRISED. I was never made aware of who had my case till I called and now it was Briana. She could never do much maybe she’s new. They need to get it together and have a little more of people skills. I guess now I have to wait and see if i will have a bill next like some of these reviews say smh. SO DISAPPOINTING...
