“When I hired the firm solely as myself, Aimée Kerschen, in February 2022, for a real estate transaction, I hired them to 1. Get Title to property transferred back into my name or 2. Get the current Title Holder to either transfer it into my name or sell the property and payoff the mortgage lien (as the mortgage lien note was still under my name as I found out in 2020 even though I had sold the property in 2011 and buyer had transferred the Title into her name). or 3. Get Lender to issue a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. The lawyer working with me who has since left because of his own issues with same firm told me that if we had to go to court for litigation against current Title holder then it would be no more than $5,000 from, "start to finish". I terminated the firm for failure to perform on all 3 counts and paid my final invoice in full.”
