Amber is an AMAZING attorney. My cousin and I are starting up our first business and she has helped us in every way possible, from creating the LLC, operating agreement, and filing the DBA - all in an extremely fast manner. She not only knows the filing requirements but is also very personable. She also, did my cousin’s parent’s wills. She was very patient with them as they are elderly and made sure everything was exactly what they wanted. She even hopped on a call with them to explain everything line by line and made sure all the signing was done in a safe way during the Covid pandemic. From wills to business legality she does it all! And all in a precise and efficient way. If you need an attorney she’s your person!

She has helped my family with crafting many legal documents, including our medical power of attorney, our last will and testament, and establishing an LLC. Although my wife and I had a will in place, we were looking for legal assistance to address a trust needed for a planned distribution for our grown daughter, spouse and grandchildren. When the trust was ultimately completed, my wife and I were not only delighted with the result, we were just as pleased with the experience. Ambur Homulka heard and addressed our thoughts and plans, she carried them out with such professionalism. We vowed to share our positive experience with others.
