I recently referred one of my clients to Britney McDonald at Marc Whitehead & Associates. Britney's experience, expertise, and dedication to her clients is second to none. Britney was compassionate, kind, professional, and very knowledgeable and was able to achieve an incredible result for the client. I highly recommend Britney and Marc Whitehead & Associates.

I would give this firm negative stars if I could. They start off by promising they will be there each step of the way. LIES! Once they do the intake, good luck getting in touch with a live person that actually knows what is going on. I waited months just to speak with the actual attorney because they would schedule meetings and then no show, with no communication, and then they were never available to answer legal questions pertaining to contact with my employer, pressure to return to work, or explaining the process. I called and sent numerous emails to try to resolve issues, but again, no one ever communicated within the firm. I finally sent an email saying I wanted to fire them and they are still contacting me, my doctors and my employer. I had my accident in July and they still have no clue what's going on. This is by far the worst attorney experience and a joke. People are already going through a rough time and they just add misery to the experience. RUN FROM THIS LAW FIRM!

The marc Whitehead team Erica Wilson, Britney McDonald, Steven Rivera, and Kimberly Warren took awesome care of me through all facets of my case. They took over after I was repeatedly denied and at the end of my rope. I am a totally and permanently disabled veteran and could no longer maintain employment. They were able to present my evidence and prove me eligible for medical and financial benefits.

I have been trying to get a hold of my case manager Shelby Thomas for months now, but she never calls back or answers emails. I had an appointment with her months ago but I got pulled into training at work, I tried returning her call and left several voicemails. I emailed her last on 6 Nov and I previously emailed Courtney Martin on 10 Oct but neither responded to me. The last emails I got from either of them were in June. Since both of them are not answering emails or returning calls I am contacting you directly. I got my disability raised from 30% to 60% thanks to your staff. My lawyer stated she was going to submit a request that my sleep apnea and asthma be separated rather than together which would raise my disability from 60 to 70% a few months ago. I have been checking ebenefits to see if my claim has been filed but it has not I am trying to see where my case is. I will say the receptionist Cindy is a nice lady I am surprised she does not know my number by memory by now.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Chris and Anthony kept me informed and helped me win my case.
