I am extremely satisfied how “Lali” from Marc Whitehead and associates helped me with my VA disability rating. It wasn’t easy but they got the job done. Of course you have to, no matter what provide them with all your medical records and proof so they could get the job done. I been fighting the VA since 2004. LALI THANKS FOR YOUR HELP. U ALWAYS RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS WHEN I HAD A QUESTION OR I DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO.💯 It’s hard to fight the VA alone. Barbara Milan handled my sister's disability case. She is the best. She stayed on my sister's case and kept her informed every step of the way. This office worked very closely with my sister on her disability case. I highly recommend them.

08/2023 The attorney is professional but the case manager for a few months now, has not responds back to my messages. Reached out previously at the beginning of the year to get this fixed. I do not know what’s going on and or pass my new information to attorney. I would not hire them for VA claim again at this point. 1 star! 10/2023 have had two meetings with attorney, since expressing frustration of case manager. Feel a little better now that I can discuss things with attorney more fluidly. Messaged case manager things requested by attorney and case manager still took a few weeks to respond. Regardless moving rating to 4 stars because attorneys Selena’s professionalism.

Very good service and a special shout out to Dee who was very easy to work with, she explained the process in detail, and always returned emails and phone calls. All forms needed to be completed were sent to my home with plenty of time to gather all needed Dr. records, income, work history etc. The only complaint I have is the new app, Case Status they are using instead of email. They do not respond to inquiries, where they always did emails, which are now rejected. Very prompt service, and I had my settlement in just over a year. I highly recommend this firm.
