Carla Silva, the most disrespectful woman to answer the phone with this law firm. After waiting over a week for a reply from Monique Muras, whom I spoke with first, I had to call back a week later. After explaining that my matter is urgent her only answer was that I couldn’t be transferred as everyone is too “busy.” She just hung up on a potential client. Horrible service for a big law firm. Neither Monique or Carla are able to transfer you to a manager because of the consequences that can result from a client leaving feedback. Hope you all listen to the “recorded lines” and recall what you said while speaking on the phone

I’m not happy at all with this firm. Not from day one. Communication is horrible. My fault. Should have done more research.

After waiting for several months to receive a response, I was ultimately informed that my case has been dropped. Throughout the process, there has been a noticeable deficiency in communication, with weeks passing before receiving replies to my emails. Despite my repeated inquiries regarding any necessary actions on my part, my requests were consistently denied. As a result of this unsatisfactory experience, I intend to report this law firm through all available channels.
