I would like to thanks two wonderful ladies Barbara Milan and Lupe Acevedo both of these ladies are very helpful very kind I will definitely recommending Marc whitehead and associates such wonderful help these ladies rocks

So far I am very pleased with Marc Whitehead & Associates. This is my first application for my social security disability and due to the difficulty of actually getting it I called Marc Whitehead from the very beginning. After just a very few items they are handling my case for me. They are very up front on the wait times and they charge nothing unless they win the case. I have very much confidence that they will do everything in their power to help me win.

After 4 years & 6 denials from SSA on my SSDI application I contacted Marc Whitehead & Associates to assist me with my SSDI claim. They assured me that they will do everything possible to get my SSDI claim approved at the ALJ hearing. Lord & behold the ALJ approved my SSDI claim on the spot. I would peronally like to THANK Mrs. Barbara Milan, Mrs. Crystal Perez, Mrs. Kimberly Warren & Ms. Madison Donaldson for working hard on my SSDI claim and getting approved. Professional. Helpedbus with an SSI Disability claim that should have never been denied according to the judge.

My daughter hired this firm to represent her for a disability claim. I can't say they have been good at keeping us informed or at gathering info needed. Just be aware if you hire them, you still have to do a lot of the work. They lost her paperwork at least once. We have been waiting for more than 2 months for an update on her case. Last time she called to talk to her liaison they told her he had taken a leave of absence. We left a message for the new person assigned to her but still have not received a callback or email. At this point, we would just like to know if they are still representing her or if they dropped her as a client.

It is so irritating to leave a message and send an email and receive no response. This has been an ongoing problem since I have been a client and find it very hard to accept this practice.

Not good. The estimated time I was given to finish the case was 8 months off. They don't follow up with you to discuss your case. I had to do some of the work myself to help the case along. They hardly ever return your phone calls. The good part is they won the case. I should have gotten a break on what I owed them considering the work I had to do myself and being treated like a number.
