I used Marc Whitehead almost 20 years ago. I had struggled for 2 years to get qualified as disabled. I jumped through all the hoops and still denied. We had bills overdue, high credit cards, and couldn’t afford to do anything. Marc Whitehead took the worry off our backs and got my disability approved quickly. I showed up for my hearing and he pulled the judge aside and showed him my case. I was a basket case, with scoliosis and surgeries and chronic pain. The judge approved it just like that. No questions he just signed it. He does a great job as and will go to bat for you!

Thus far I have undergone the intake process and have submitted the requisite documents. I can weigh in on this process for those consider using their services. Monique was the individual who assisted with my intake. She was kind, professional, and knowledgeable regarding the process we were about to undergo. In addition, the paralegal Shelby exhibited the same qualities, providing information on what to expect and how to strengthen my case that will be under review shortly. They were both very thorough, honest, and did not cut corners during the intake process to give my claim the best opportunity for success. I encourage others in a situation similar to mine to utilize Marc Whitehead & Associates services, as the process is convoluted and requires seasoned professionals to provide the greatest chance for the desired outcome.
