So far, so good. The intake process was handled with care and compassion.

When calling Marc Whitehead & Associates, Attorneys at Law, Stephanie Ramirez, Legal Intake Specialist answered the phone. She was the kindest, most patient associate I have ever spoken with at a legal law firm. Not only did she allow me to explain my story in detail, she did not rush me off the phone after getting my information to pass along to lawyers. This is the 5th law firm I have called, and after the phone call with Stephanie, I knew this was the right law firm for me.

I am happy with the results from Marc Whitehead and associates. They pulled out the win for me when my LTD benefits were stopped too soon. They do take a lot from the settlement, but I still got more than I had. Constructive feedback would be better communications. For example, I was told that my paperwork would be processed by the end of the week. Each following week I had to follow up and ask what the status was. This went on for four weeks and the person told me that they had other cases. I didn't want to hear that, when they are taking 40% of my settlement. I am just as important than those other cases. If the goal can't be met, a follow up call or email should be the first thing that happens. Other than that, once the lawyer got involved, things moved very fast.

I highly recommend Monique Muras of the this firm. Without her, it is highly doubtful if I would have had the confidence and knowledge to file a claim against Unum, my long term carrier. Thank you Monique! Your assistance is greatly appreciated!

Throughout my entire intake process, Michael Wingo, always kept me updated and would go out of his way to ensure that things were being communicated in a professional manner. Anytime I had questions, Michael was always there to assist and help. I was hesitant about going through this process, but Michael, made me feel comfortable the entire time.
