I can't say enough about Marc Whitehead & Associates. Throughout my entire appeal process, Courtney, always kept me updated and would go out of her way to ensure that things were being handled in a professional manner. Anytime I had questions, she was always there to assist. She's a real asset to the law firm. Also, I want to say "thank you" to attorney Madison Donaldson for all her hard work as well. This was a long and tough fight and we won. Thank you so much for your dedication.

Communication is lacking

I was stricken with a chronic/disabling illness and applied for disability on my own. I was denied several times. Causing me to slip into depression. With the help of Chris Davila and Madison Donaldson from Marc Whitehead and associates I finally won. They got all the necessary medical documents and provided them for the judge.

I can’t praise the team on my case enough! Chris Davila always there for me no matter the question. My attorney who’s name has escaped me vary professional! I want to thank all of you for making a really bumpy road a softer ride. Thank’s to all of you for your hard work! Jack

This firm deserves a 5+ star, individually and the company as a whole My experence started with the person that took my intake for my claim , her name is Sandra Toffar, she is an amazing front person to the company. Sandra answered all my questions and was very thorough in explaining how the process works. The next person that I spoke with was Kimberely Warren, there is not enough space for me to write how amazing and thoughtful Kimberly has been, always returning calls and following through with everything. Kimberly is both professional and personal and my best cheerleader going forward. Jonathan Willingham is the amazing paralegal assisting me with my case, he really understands how the law works, and thoroughly professionally answers my questions and I can ask many. Also want to give a shout out to Cindy ( not sure of the last name ) who answers when I call, she is sweet and gets me right to the person I need to talk to, she is polite and very professional. Last the firm as a whole has to be amazing because of the great people I have come to know, the company has to be awesome because of the staff that represent it. I found this Law firm online back in November 2020 when I had to file for short term disability. From January 2021 from today I have emailed my 3 lawyers working on my case monthly asking for updates on my case. They would give generic responses and say we are still working hard on my case. I will call and speak to them and they would say they are having a meeting on this date and someone would reach out after for an update. I eould call back weeks later after the time passed just to be told we are still working on it. With no details. A few days ago I received a bland letter stating they cannot proceed with my case because its to costly and would have to file several motions. I called to find out more information and spoke with Melanie. Melanie advised me because I went back to work that it hurt my case. I was never advised by anyone from the team that I should not return to work. And actually was encouraged to do so by Georgia. Long story short, this law firm has waisted my time and I believe they havent dont anything on my case in a year and let the time pass to appeal the decision that was made by my insurance company. I would definitely find another law firm. I would give them zero stars of that was an option.

Kimberly Warren was absolutely AWESOME! She wasn't my case worker but she was the one who finally replied to me and gave me the answers I was looking for. The receptionist is very professional and sweet. I would use them again if needed.
