I am so happy I chose Marc Whitehead and Assoc. to help me with my navigation of Long Term Disability. From the very beginning, Melisa and Melanie where very helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly. I always knew every time I called I was going to be taken care of. Katy and Jamie were very patient when I had tons of questions. Now that I have heard from Social Security and will no longer be needing Marc Whitehead, my last question was all on Aggie. Aggie is helping me transition and guiding me on the last steps of LTD. I appreciate everything the entire staff has done for me. I would highly recommend Marc Whitehead and Assoc. This law firm is amazing! Chris Davila, and my attorney Selina Valdez help me step by step with everything. I never had any problems at all. They always respond to my emails same day and I never had to wait more then 15 minutes for a call back if they couldnt answer right then, even though it was very rare for them not to answer. If I couldnt figure it out they helped me make it happen. They helped me win my case and I am so very grateful that I had them. I highly recommend this law firm 💯 .

Mark Whitehead and associates helped me with my social security disability claim and we won the case. The paralegals I dealt with, both named Chris, were responsive to my questions and updates. The attorney who represented me the day of my hearing was up to date on everything related to my case. Even though I wish the gods were in my favor and I didn't have to have a hearing via telephone with a judge, I was glad to have such good representation. They get an A+ if you want my opinion.

Whack!

I have had a good experience with Marc Whitehead & Associates . I spent most of my time dealing with Melissa,Jocelyn, Melanie, Aggie and Jaime and always had a great experience with quick, professional responses.I ran into some difficulties that if I hadn’t been my own advocate things would have taken a lot longer and there would have been a lot of unnecessary legal process that went on but, I don’t blame my legal team alone for this. I think they were just doing what they thought was best at the time but, when I asked for them to proceed in another direction they did so happily and helped win my case not once but twice!!! So I totally recommend this law firm and these hard working paralegals as disability attorneys!

I would use Marc Whitehead & Associates again if I need their services. Also, I would absolutely recommend them. They were wonderful!

I called for a consultation regarding my veteran benefits and answers to some questions i have, and not only did your receptionist hang up on me after asking my information, she wouldn't take my calls after i repeatedly called back. This is very unprofessional and now i wouldn't trust you guys to even answer my questions let alone represent me.
