Marc Whitehead & Associates is an excellent law firm. I worked with Melissa and her team ,Melanie, Aggie and Jaime and they were all very pleasant to talk to and very responsive with any question I had. In addition my case was resolved quickly and in my favor. I couldn't ask for anything more.

Monique was a great at helping me navigate thru the beginning process of my legal journey with Marc Whitehead associates. Her knowledge and responses to all my questions helped out me at eased my worries through the on boarding process.

They sometimes don't like to return phone calls but they are more receptive to emails. Now with that being said they know their business and they get good results. Even though they really don't get a lot from my case, they treated me with respect.They have been a blessing.

Work very hard for client

After a few years with an approved status a long term disability carrier decided to deny my claim. I tried going through the appeals process on my own but these giant insurance companies didn't even listen to me. They simply don't care and deny people knowing the process to fight them is hard and favors them. I contacted this law firm as a last ditch effort, but had basically given up. They said they could help and that gave me some home....some. Over my career and personal life I have deal closely with probably a dozen lawyers and rarely have I been impressed. Most just don't really care and do just enough to make themselves some money. Not Britney McDonald. She is one of the best attorney's I've ever dealt with. She knew her business very well, she was personable and extremely responsive. I sent her emails at all hours with questions and she always got back to me fast. She even responded on weekends. She must have that phone with her 24 hours a day. You just don't find that kind of dedication anymore in society, but Britney has it. Whatever Mr Whitehead is paying her he needs to increase it. He has a rare gem on his hands.

My husband had to leave his job due to memory issues. He was told that he would do short term disability then roll into long term disability. Long story short I tried doing all the paper work and then when it came time to roll into the long term disability then insurance denied him. I knew ai needed help I. It’s been a long hard fight bUt I can not say enough good things about all the staff that worked hard for our case. Britney McDonald helped him to obtain SSDisability. Melanie Donaldson was always quick to respond to any questions I might have and did so much for us. Reading the appeals that were sent on our behalf were very impressive and there was no way I could have come close to doing what they did. After the last appeal Anthony Vessel took over when we decided to take it to court. What an outstanding job he did. He managed to settle the case before going to court. I can not say enough great things about all that helped us. I would absolutely recommend this firm if you are having problems getting what you are entitled to.
