I highly recommend Marc Whitehead & Associates! It took a little bit of time to process my claim, but with the help of Frank Parigi and staff, we won! I can't thank everyone enough for all of your help and advice. I would also like to say that Madison Donaldson is an exceptional attorney with this firm.

Marc Whitehead & Associates are a great company. They helped me with my disability claim and won! Frank Parigi was a great point of contact, if he didn't answer when I called he always called me back. I highly recommend this office . All the staff are super nice and friendly.

The past 4 years has been quite the chapter in my life, from emotional despair to family hopelessness. Unfortunately, my story dealing with the disability determination section of the SSA is not unique. However, a team of caring professionals at Marc Whitehead & Associates stood by my side throughout this entire journey. Everyone I came into contact at their offices were extremely polite and knowledgeable about the processes. Furthermore, Chris Stevenson and Brittany McDonald gave me the sense that they truly believed in my case and never wavered on this belief. Having more communication with Chris, I can say that he also never wavered on compassion, diligence and determination. I want to thank everyone at Marc Whitehead & Associates for caring. Especially, Mr. Chris Stevenson for compassionately alleviating as much of the pain as possible. I would highly recommend Marc Whitehead & Assoc.!!!

Where do I start? We worked with Justine. She was always so informative and so sweet! When I contacted her, she responded in less than 24 hours and in most cases just a few hours. We started this battle alone and it was such a relief to hand it over to someone who knew what they were doing. It also allowed me to focus on my sisters care. Trying to keep up with my sisters disability while caring for her and her two grandsons was overwhelming! They really took a huge weight off my shoulders. Justine was always so kind hearted and that really helped my sister to not feel like her world was crashing around her. Justine gave her hope when nothing was making sense! I will always be grateful for her encouragement when I had no idea how I was going to care for her and her boys. I 1000% reccomend this place. They were the David to our Goliath!! They fought our battle and WON!! May God Bless them for all they do for people fighting a giant like disability! Thank you Justine!!

I wouldn't recommend this firm for disability; they didn't do their job at all. I have many illnesses and there was no reason for me not to win disability. I only spoke to the attorney 3 times during the year's they handled my case. They had a turn over in their office and different people always speaking to me but nothing was done. If you are ill and needing disability please, please don't use this firm . They are convincing about helping you win your case ,but please don't fall for it they won't do anything for you.

I cannot thank Mark Whitehead and all of his staff for the great experience I had. I wouldn’t of gotten a favorable disability case and so quickly without them. Kevin Rainey did a great job! if you are looking for a place that cares and has great follow-up look no further! This has been the best experience and the best outcome. I could ever have asked for and such a great outcome!

If you are a Disabled Veteran this place is the real deal. They far exceed any expectations for honesty and hard work. They will go out of their way to provide service to veteran beyond what I would ever dream or hope for. They are not out to take advantage of you, only help. Give them a call. One of my best decision in the past decade.
