I went to Jason with property/financial issues involving my aging sister with Alzheimer's. Jason provided many different options to assist me with her property, finances, Will, POA, etc. His knowledge and ability to explain in layman's terms is superb. He was always so patient, kind, helpful, and took the time to explain everything. After completing many documents for my sister, my wife and I returned to Jason for Wills, POA, Medical Directives, etc. for us and again were more than pleased and thankful for his service.

Jason Hannah handled a lawsuit that my siblings brought against my mother trying to take away her half of my parents businesses from her. He handle her with kit gloves. I was her power of attorney. The firm that he was with at that time never sent us copies of the briefs that were turned into the court that they would file representing my mother. Almost 2 years later I finally got copies. I was so impressed with the way he handled the lawsuit brought against my mother, I was left speechless. As you can imagine, they did not win. My mother subsequently died, and everything remained As she wanted it to be. But this was only thanks to Mr. Hannah.

I hired Jason Hanna when a dishonest contractor cheated me out of a sizable amount of money. Mr. Hanna was extremely approachable, attentive, knowledgeable, and HONEST. The amount of relief I felt knowing that he was handling everything for me was measurable. He made all the stress and pressure I was feeling vanish. I hired Attorney Jason Hanna after a brief consultation on how to address my mother’s affairs. He is responsive when there are questions via email and will even call to address the question if the explaination is extremely detailed. I felt like he actually cares about me as a client and was eager to handle issues that concerned me.

I worked with Jason setting up several trust funds and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and always responded promptly to my emails or telephone calls. My wife and I used Jason to prepare our Will and all ancillary documents as part of our estate planning. He was very responsive to our requests and thorough and timely in answering all the questions we had. He has also been great with follow up questions after the fact and I don't have any hesitation referring others to him. We would definitely recommend considering Jason for all your estate planning needs!

The Bond Law Firm prepared my parent's Will years ago. The Will was placed in a safe place and pretty much forgotten for approximately twenty years as life went on. Then things began to fall apart. Mama became terminally ill and passed away. Before Dad had a chance to probate mom's will, he had an accident and broke his hip. As we all know hip replacements at 90 yrs. of age don't always have happy endings. Just nine months after Mom passed, my dad was gone too.
