Lack of communication and responsiveness from some staff members
“It's been almost 3 years waiting for Short and Long term disability. They are more focused on getting the most money but filing your claim on the very last day of each appeal. It's really sad how they are suppose to help the disabled but I feel they take advantage of us in our time of need.”
