The Farias Law Firm, I don’t even know how to describe this review bc they do NOT TREAT CLIENTS like “we’re attorneys, we know all the info/rules/laws etc” while the client often sits there essentially feeling somewhat ignorant (b/c law is not most peoples’ area of expertise, and that is perfectly ok!) From the moment you speak with the attorneys at this firm, they make you feel at ease. Like a true colleague, and that you are all on THE SAME TEAM!!! No question is off limits, be it about pricing or, say, details of the legal issues that brought you to their office in search of some answers or clarity to begin with. The main partners at The Farias Law Firm, despite their humble nature, are both hyper-intelligent, particularly when it comes to law. I personally love that I’ve got what I know to be the “baddest and brightest in the legal arena” on my side should I need a lawyer. Yet I also feel relieved that they actually speak like normal people. Karleana lives every aspect of her life by a code. Honesty is very important to her, and she will always give it to you straight. Anyone in need of legal representation would be truly privileged to have her on their team. I’ve never used anyone else and there’s no chance on Earth I’d allow anyone but Mrs. Farias represent me in any and all legal capacities.

WOW!!!! For Criminal & Family matters this is the attorney you want on your side!!!!! Not only does she get the job done but will explain every possible direction and have it covered! She's very straight forward and makes you aware of everything that is going on. Her staff is just kind and considerate! Never made to feel like you weren't highest priority. Leo Farias II, has represented me in the most professional manner, his ethics are of the highest standards. Honest, trustworthy and very straight forward. In unvarnished truth he will tell you exactly where you stand and what direction you should go. Leo Farias II has provided legal advice and guidance during a difficult situation. I found him to be experienced, responsive, very knowledgeable and honest. While working with Leo, I felt as though my situation was in adept and trustworthy hands, and he did not steer me wrong. Never losing site of the end goal, which is to protect, defend and have the best outcome for his clients. Es para mi un gusto poder escribir una reseña acerca de mi experiencia con los Abogados Farías y su equipo. No tengo palabras suficientes para agradecer a la Abogada Karleana Farías y a su asistente Paralegal Alma Martínez por su excelente representación en mi caso de divorcio. Tomar la desición de iniciar una petición de divorcio para mi fue dolorosa y al inicio de mi caso estuve representada por otra firma. Desgraciadamente no se me proporcionó la información completa del procedimiento legal en un divorcio en el Estado de Texas, y confiaba en que por los años de experiencia que tenìa mi abogada que mis hijos y yo estaríamos bien representados pero desafortunadamente no fue asi y la comunicación con ella fue muy difícil. La primer barrera fue el idioma. Mi lengua materna es el Español pero hablo Inglés 100%, mi abogada no hablaba Español. POR FAVOR: busque un abogado que hable su Idioma, es de vital importancia poder comunicar lo que es importante para usted y su familia y que la persona que lo represente le pueda explicar en su idioma todos los pormenores y detalles legales de su caso sin que quede ninguna duda, ese es un factor clave para obtener los mejores resultados. El siguiente factor que me hizo buscar el apoyo legal de otra firma fue que mi primer Abogada no aclaraba mis dudas y su oficina no contestaba mis llamadas a tiempo, estaba haciendo un esfuerzo económico muy grande para pagar por sus honorarios y me sentía perdida! Gracias a Dios me recomendaron a la Abogada Karleana Farías, a quien le que pedí una cita de emergencia porque la fecha de mi primer Corte se acercaba y me atendió inmediatamente. Ella desde el principio fue totalmente profesional pero sobretodo su trato fue humano, me escuchó y supo aclarar todas mis dudas legales sin ninguna prisa, en ese momento opté por dejar a mi anterior Abogada.
