Less than three weeks into my final orders being signed, my child’s father began harassing me in every possible way. I called this law firm after getting a recommendation from another firm that did not practice in my county. I called this Firm in tears, trying to find help for the harassment I had been enduring. Adrian Santana, Leo Farias, and Jay have collectively worked on the three (yup, three) lawsuits that have come up since the signing of my final orders. Adriana is calm, understanding, and professional, and Leo is straightforward, straight to the point, and personable. I have been at the courthouse with Adrian three times, Leo Farias one time, and met at the Firm’s location once, in person, with Adrian and Jay (all of this in about a seven week span). The hearings where Adrian and Leo represented me were some of the most stressful days of my life as a 34-year-old single mother of a one-year-old. They have different styles of litigating, and I appreciate each of them equally. My mother and father attended the hearings, met each attorney, and were impressed with the representation. Attorneys are not magicians; they can only review the facts of your case and present that case structured around a foundation of the law, and this Firm has done that. While I may not have gotten 100% of the results I wanted from the court, I know it isn’t due to any inadequacy of the Firm’s representation; a judge will rule how a judge rules, and as a parent in a high-conflict situation the most you can ask for and expect is a highly trained team of experts on your side. That’s what you get with the Farias Law Firm. I would recommend this Firm (the third Firm I’ve retained in this very high conflict, highly contested case) to close friends seeking a family law attorney. I believe this Firm took my concerns for my child’s well-being seriously and has the expertise to communicate those concerns to the court. That is all you can ask as a parent retaining an attorney. I had a prior firm that I believe cared about my child but did not have the expertise, and then a firm that probably did have the expertise but only saw me as a retainer and not a mother. The Farias Law Firm sees you as a person, and they are experienced in taking your case to court.

Quiero compartirles mi experiencia con mi abogada karleana farias, yo llegué asu oficina con un caso de violencia y para mi fue dificil porque nunca abia tenido problemas pero mi abogada karleana me quito los cargos y no tuve mas problema y alos pocos meces despues llegue otro caso de custodia y childssupport para mi también fue difícil pero ya no igual porque estaba confiaba en que ella solucionaria mi caso y así fue ganó mi caso de custodia y también el childsupport y manuntecion atrasada...le doy gracias a dios de aver llegado a the farias law firm y agradecida con la abogada karlena y pido a dios por ella que dios la bendiga y muchas gracias .... y también gracias a su asistente alma.

La licenciada Kaerleana Farías, fue mi mediadora, y mucho de lo que ella dijo en la mediación no era verdad, y también omitió información sobre las solicitudes que la contraparte solicitó, después de Días me enteré que lo que ella mencionó en la mediación no era verdad. Sentí mucha hostilidad de su parte hacia preguntas que ambos padres bien podíamos responder más sin embargo todo lo tenía que responder yo. Fueron casi 5 horas de mediación y su desempeño dejó mucho que pensar, ya que ella parecia estar defendiendo a la otra parte. Antes de aceptar una mediación revisen bien las opiniones del mediador en su sitio web o Google, al parecer no soy la única que ha tenido una mala experiencia con estos abogados.

No tengo palabras para expresar mi gratitud a esta firma, su compromiso , profesionalidad y entrega . Karleana y su colectivo son la muestra que existen abogados serios y empatisados a resolver problemas de sus clientes. Yo he tenido esa impresion en los 3 casos en los que ellos me han representado. No importa la complejidad , las dificultades que tengas ellos se empatisan y hacen tu problema un desafio que resolveran. Yo llegue a ellos en situacion desesperada y contra el tiempo y me han ayudado para lograr lo que he buscado. Desde la custodia de mi nina, lograr mi victoria ante estafadores y ser bien representado ante malas practicas de abogados han sido victorias que no me las imaginaria en otro sitio. Adrian helped my wife and I out with a case and is still currently helping out with another issue. 100% would recommend, they work as a team and have no issue updating, communicating, and letting us know what is going on. Could not have asked for anyone better to work on our case. Update: can’t express how amazing the team has been, a lot of the other reviews are more than likely people who didn’t get their way, or felt they should’ve received different results. This team is awesome and they actually work as a team. Regardless of who YOUR lawyer is they communicate amongst each other for recommendations to better assist their clients to help them make the best choice given their situation. I can not explain what an amazing job Karleana and Ana did for me and my family. They moved mountains and went the extra mile to get my son back home to me.
