I just had to fire this firm, because after more than 4 months no one from their office could say if they were finally able to submit my application to SSA. July 9, 2024 was when I was told the application was submitted by this firm the first time. I was then told after numerous attempts of leaving voicemails and other messages that the SSA was very busy so they were backed up. When I was finally able to have a face to face with a manager the day after Labor Day, the manager found out that there is no record of my application sent by this firm anywhere in SSA database. It then took almost 3 weeks for the new paralegal to figure out that it should be submitted again. When I spoke with that person after I did all the wet signatures, they (the paralegal) would get back to me on October 10th. The excuse for not getting back to me was that they were sick on the 28th and 29th of October. I am wondering what happened to the previous 18 days when I was supposed to be called? Kimberly Warren, Barbara Milan, and Sarai Lora show abhorrent leadership, management, and complete dereliction of basic job abilities. From my gathering it appears to be a systemic negative job performance ability at this firm. Be wary!

She assisted me with my claim and I am very satisfied with the way she maintained communication throughout the whole process!
